How do I register for camps?

Once you create an account, all your information will be saved, even if you must log out before completion of an application.
What forms of payment can I use?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, and American Express.
Will I receive a receipt or confirmation?
Yes, you will receive an email confirmation once you have completed registration. A reminder email with details and logistics will be sent the Wednesday before the start of the camp. Receipts can be printed from the registration site. Under FORMS, click on Download Printable Registration Confirmation to receive a PDF receipt for each camper.

Are the programs open to non-Whitefield students?
YES! We desire to serve and bless our community, so camps are open to everyone. If there is an exception for only Whitefield students, those camps will be specified in the camp description.
Can I sign up for a specialty camp and have my child attend Camp Whitefield for lunch and the rest of the day?
Absolutely! Your child can attend a specialty camp for half the day, then Camp Whitefield for the rest. We will make sure your child eats lunch, has a snack, and gets from camp to camp. They will even get a Camp Whitefield t-shirt! This year, when you add Camp Whitefield to your cart, it will ask if you want to add a specialty camp. Please note, campers who go to a Specialty Camp will not be able to attend the Camp Whitefield Field Trip.
What is the refund and cancellation policy?
Whitefield Academy reserves the right to cancel any portion of a summer program in case of unforeseen circumstances. Refunds will be issued. Whitefield Academy reserves the right to dismiss a student from a camp if the behavior is not in line with the Whitefield Camp Handbook. Refunds will not be issued if a child is dismissed for behavior. In case of withdrawal due to death in the family, the family and the summer program will share the loss equally.For an illness that will keep a child away from the entire week of camp, written notice from a physician will be required before a 50% refund is issued.Camp enrollment may be switched to another camp up to 5 days prior to camp start. If the cost of the new program is higher than the original, the difference will be charged to your account. Please contact Alan Corder to discuss arrangements.
Refunds
100% Refunds will be issued until April 30, 2023. Beginning May 1, 2024 refunds will be issued minus 50% of the registration fee up to the Wednesday before camp begins, after which, refunds will not be issued. Please contact Alan Corder with additional questions.
Cancellations
Whitefield Academy will review all camp enrollment two weeks prior to the start of the camp. Any camp that has not met the minimum number required will be canceled and registered campers will be notified in order to select a new camp choice. If you are unable to make a new selection, a refund will be issued.
Changes
Camp enrollment may be switched to another camp up to 5 days prior to camp start. If the cost of the new program is higher than the original, the difference will be charged to your account.
How do I get receipts for childcare tax deductions?
Receipts can be printed from the registration site. Under FORMS, click on Download Printable Registration Confirmation to receive a PDF receipt for each camper. The school tax number is on the top of that document along with the dates you attended camps.
